Is CSM really necessary after PMP?
I know that many people work as Scrum masters and earn the certification before they pursue PMP but I'm wondering how common it is to do it in the reverse order... Is it really worth going after CSM if it isn't a specific job requirement? Thanks for your insight already!!

@Michele Guillaume I first got the Scrum over a year ago. This year got the PMP and ACP.

It's a lot easier to answer the questions. I did study for 1 month to prepare by doing simulators from Udemy plus AR's courses. Agile and ACP-PMI. I might have overstudied.
Another question I don't agree with
If a stakeholder is on vacation, would they really join a kickoff meeting even if it is virtual?

@Nikolaos Gkatzalas I chose D as the answer using the mindset.

You never postpone or exclude others and scheduling one-on-one with stakeholders would take a long time and others aren't able to listen or share information shared.
Feeling ecstatic with my 3 AT on PMP !!!! 😁
My turn has finally come! I praise God πŸ™ŒπŸ½ I sat for the exam yesterday at Pearson (sooner than I had initially planned) and received my official score tonight! I am extremely grateful to have this community to share my big news on top of my network because you all know all the effort that goes into this. Finding Andrew saved me from staying in a dark place after I missed my first attempt in December and found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkQH0ehAi10. For all who might be in these shoes, or just dreading to even go for it, shake off the fear! My journey is quite unusual because I have anxiety issues with mock exams in general so I did not use the simulator. I just considered my first attempt as a very expensive yet the most accurate practice test (as Andrew mentioned in his video) made sure to restart my study process totally with the 35h course and focused on the mindset. The day before the exam, I made sure to rewatch all the mindset videos last. On Exam day, besides writing down the formulas in case I needed them ( I did not) I made sure to note a thourough breakdown of the timing I wanted to follow for every 30 questions (building from the tips in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DmcHTkxJYw&t=349s) so I could make sure to have time under control and reduce my stress. I finished with 10 minutes left on the clock and used some to review flagged questions. Overall, the exam was challenging but it felt great to be able to answer many of the questions in a breeze thanks to the mindset! I've been celebrating since yesterday after the provisional report and even more so now that I have the official badge and certificate and OMG 3AT feels AWESOME !!!

I think some industry specific certifications on accessibility. I am not a project manager but my certifications to lead large scaled digital experiences as designer.

TIA simulator is what I used for the PMP.
ACP Exam related
What is the recommendation for PMI - ACP exam preparation? Any books from AR for preparation?
