I think you have to add the question "On what time frame?"

I think it also depends on the stage of the market, risk level, and end goal. WBTC/WETH LP, sure any time. pdai/bbc, might want to be out before the market starts pumping so you can consolidate on the positions you want to have. And then of course you could also be in a LP stable pool to help you sell off a large position. To answer your question generally I would not be yielding more than 10% of my total portfolio even if it was WBTC/WETH at the bottom at the bear. For me personally I would start thinking about it too much.
