Do anyone offer other services like notary, apostille, ordaining, processing, etc? Do you see fingerprinting can possibly be an attribute as a combination with it or is it a separate business?

I have a question and I asked on instagram and they sent to their page still no response. Hope to get it here. I am certified and have a question about once I get all materials and post on google about my business. Do I finger print the client and give them the card back? Or do I submit it to… that is my question.

If I do a fingerprint card for a potential customer without going through the process of registering with my state first, will the print card still be acceptable for a background check?
