Feeling weak !!
Hi FTP family- Here is what I need support in. I am moving from TN to Englewood Florida. My house in Florida sustained minimal damage but the yard and tree work is massive. Got electric on and my water heater took A notion to blow. Now flooded. Not feeling very spiritual, exhausted and wondering if the universe is telling me to go back home to TN. I can’t quiet my mind enough to even meditate. Imposter syndrome is at the forefront of my mind. Not looking for pity- just needed to vent. I’m feeling bad for having these feelings when millions of my neighbors have lost everything. Thanks for listening- see y’all on the live.

I have been coaching for about a year now and I have found that when you lead the client through questions, and to guide them to coming up with their own conclusions, the self created path toward a goal has a deeper impact and ultimately leads to a more permament change.

Hi everyone. I am Wendy from Alamo, TN relocating to Englewood Florida in November. I am a 20year + Nurse (cardiac, geriatrics and hospice). CoVid changed the nursing industry so much, I had to find another way to share my calling. About 8 months ago, I began searching. I will complete my RN Holistic Health and Wellness Nurse coach program 9/27/22. It is my intention to launch my practice through online platforms. My content is unlimited as I will be offering alternative modalities to prevent and reverse chronic diseases such as CHF, DM, HTN ect. within my legal scope of practice. I also want to integrate mindfulness, meditation, spirituality practice's including Yoga and Reiki, I believe this is where I am supposed to be at this time to bring it all together for a successful launch.
