Hi everyone so I used phantom private to crypt a .exe to .bat, when I tap on .exe, it connects and show in rat app but when I tap .bat it only display cmd. How do I make the bat executable and bind with pdf and the likes, thanks for your time!

Why do u need it in bat if u're gonna make it stick with another file? Bat files are sketchier than exe ones anyways

ARP Scan doesn't detect deivces on my network
When I run arp-scan the only 2 devices that pop up are my PC and my router, even tho other devices are connected to the network. It doesn't make much sense to block ARP since it would interfere with proper work of DHCP, so what might be the deal?
