My question is..... If we have a difference in our name on Upwork and on our National Identity. it makes any problem or not?

i would suggest to edit your profile name and enter you full, real and verifiable name, as your name in your ID, to avoid any troubles with your payments withdrawal

Freelancing Motivation
I know that many people must be thinking that we are not getting any job as a freelancer so leave it. None of you will believe that I disabled 2 accounts of Upwork and Coz I did not get even a single job but But I didn't give up and continued and today I am trying to become a good freelancer which I believe I will become one day.

Workload Increase in Upwork
What do you guys do when the Clients increase and I have 2 in my mind what do you recommend, 1. hire someone under me and work as a team 2. Reject the Client

If you are a new freelancer and don't earn money on Upwork within 90 days of your first proposal, or you choose not to submit a proposal within your first 90 days, your profile will change to private "inactive". When your profile is set to private it is not shown in freelancer search results but , clients are still able to see your profile when you submit proposals!
