I'm getting a lot of leads, but they are not very strong leads. What is the best way to engage leads + have them be active // calling us

I'm hesistant to spend on ads because it's essentially a profile visit ad right, and based on how good your profile is your ROI gets better. I'm guessing I just have to have good content and I'll be good, but when it comes to booking/closing calls the question of testimonials wld def come up, no? What I'm thinking rn is that I can use myself as a case study, how I'm booking X calls with Y adspend with my Z strategy when trying to close clients... but would love to get your guys' opinion on this.
