I want to sleep/wake up at reasonable times and also be more intentional with my workouts! sometimes I go to the gym with no plan and waste time while i’m there!

I’ve been doing well durning the day but after the gym at night i get so hungry and I start snacking 😭 I snack on protein bars or low cal stuff like popcorn but i just end up eating too much of it
