I added my website, Facebook, Instagram, and a trailer for my last book. I don't see those displayed anywhere. I feel as if I'm not looking in the right place. Can anyone direct me to where to view it? I have members asking the same question.

Lowering a monthly rate once it is set

Can I lower just one student's monthly rate after it is set at a higher rate? Can it be changed? And if so, how.

Giving Access to a Course

Can we give access to a course if the member isn't at that level yet? Or can I change someone's level manually?

@Eric Howell Anything above the level my student is on is grayed out and unavailable to give him. Does this have to do with my level? This is a new platform (I moved my membership from private FB group to SKOOL) so my level is only 2 (I'm the only admin). Can I change my level? And is this why I can't give access to any class above this level?
