Does anyone know what could be the cause of a website not responding? I was editing and the website just crashed and gave ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Now I can't even log onto the admin page

Tried to publish a new post but an error pops up saying "The response is not a JSON valid response." what is this and how do I fix it?
