Controlling your psychology is key when it comes to trading. If you cannot control it, you are going to become an emotional trader and be taking trades you should not be taking. Some things that help alleviate emotions when trading is the following.. 1. Trusting & knowing your strategy will play out by the data. 2. Meditation & Fitness are some great ways to get your mind off of trading. 3. Growing demo accounts. If you can consistently grow demo accounts, then it will be way easier to manage your emotions when it comes to real capital. These are just some tips to start controlling your psychology.
