I've tried reddit but everyone on there is a troll and unhinged. Other than that, what have been some effective ways you guys have used to build a community/fan base and organically get your music out there?

How do you guys respond to negative comments or trolls?

I'm doing pretty well with Shorts but you need 10mill views per 90 days to join the partnership program.... i'm probably not going to get that for a while. I'm brainstorming ways to monetize. I'm putting a link to my spotify playlists in the description box of my shorts and i'm thinking of applying for Submithub Distrokid also gives everyone an affiliate link where you get 10$ per signup, i'm putting my affiliate link in the description box as well Does anybody know of any other easy sponsorships like the distrokid thing? It doesn't have to be music industry related Also does anybody actually check the description box of YouTube Shorts? It's kind of obscure. You have to hit the 3 dots. Idk if any fans actually do that. I do it just to see what other people put in the description of their shorts.
