This is what I did today: 1-hour gym session, Send 5 cold emails and did 1 (unsuccessful) cold call, set up a prospecting list with 10 people I can outreach with a click of a button, improved my Instagram, posted on all my socials, got a testimonial, learn more marketing, and went to school. Had an awesome day and learned a lot. "To not lose, you must not quit. Once you quit, you've already set yourself up to lose."
