It was a good exercise - to be clear on your values, which drive the boundaries you set for yourself. I think that my boundaries on my business will evolve as I get experience so I plan to review them in 90 days.

@Sabine Munshi Thanks, it is flowing better. And I was able to start module 3 now. I had some shoulder pain which is better now. Amazing how much easier it is to work when your environment (and body) cooperate!😊

This is my original niche, which I still feel passionate about: I help line managers communicate effectively and authentically with their employees and teams to enhance their team's performance, retain employees, and find practical solutions to their communication challenges. But most of my clients so far are managers who want to improve their communication to have a larger impact to help them develop their career.
