Arm Wrestling Seasons
So in other sports there are seasons. During the off season, athletes take the time to rest up and let their bodies heal. They analyze their matches, enter off season training phase, ramp up to season start phase etc. Do you think this could benefit arm wrestling? With the demands of training, competing, work, family, and social life, we might not always have enough time to let our bodies properly respond to the stimulus. How much better could we be if we decided to take the same few months off per year?

@Heath Chishty I definitely understand your pont. I think it also reduces burn out that most guys get by creating that want to train and get ready for that next season.

@Dustin Dewoody Same. I wonder if it has always been like this. My research thus far has shown that the scarcity mindset is prevalent within the arm wrestling community which is why all of the other promotions are doing the same thing.
