Hello everyone! We are looking for some message ideas to run to an entire database - that are not offer driven. Have a few customers that have been with us 3+ years, don't want to send the "hey we have 3 vouchers for xyz, are you interested" messages. Any thoughts?

I’m going through the nurture campaign training and installed the fitness/ma snapshot. Now I’m being asked to setup a sub account. I assume the sub account is meant to simulate a fitness center/ma client so I can test it out. Am I correct in assuming that? I’m just so new to this environment that I feel like the training is missing context.
