Your Journey Starts Here!
Welcome to Elevate Rise Hi, I’m Jamie Lee, and I’m so glad you’re here. To kick things off, I’d like to challenge you to complete a simple yet powerful exercise: a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) for your business or your idea. Here’s how it works: 1. Strengths: What are you great at? What sets you apart? 2. Weaknesses: What areas are you struggling with or unsure about? 3. Opportunities: Where do you see potential for growth or improvement? 4. Threats: What obstacles or challenges are holding you back? Download this template attached, fill it out, and share your biggest insight in the comments below 👇. I’ll be reviewing your responses and offering tips to help you take action. Let’s get started and build the foundation for your success together!

Love a SWAT analysis. Especially, at this time of year. I find it good to do as a way of goal setting for the next year.

@Jamie Lee Spencer Well for me, I have the time and resources to expand a new division of my business. My management team have everything handled internally, giving me the space and bandwidth to apply my focus to this new venture. That can potentially offer a new revenue stream while also providing me with something new and exciting to work on (without me distracting my team from what they need to work on which is something I have to be careful that I DONT do). BTW that constantly one of my THREATS in a SWOT analysis. Being a creative, I have to cautious about having new ideas and constantly taking my team in new directions. What about you?
