I was trying to set up the phone number, but the (+) Buy number option was disabled; only the Import (Twilio & Vonage) option was available. Questions 1. I am from Malaysia (outside the US and Canada); can I link it to my Malaysian phone number via Twilio? if possible, how to do it. 2.
