For me, my biggest problem is identifying the biggest problem thats stopping me from getting to a team of 2 guys 5 days a week๐ Also, so far i've had to go back to the job the next day for the top coat... we need to 1. start earlier - like be grinding at 8am sharp 2. Get grinding time down so picking the right diamonds first which i guess just comes with experience I've got one guy who has done one job with me so far and he'll be good enough in 2 jobs time to lead it without me and then I can get another guy in to do jobs with the first guy.. leaving me to focus on sales But i think for me its knowing where to put my time / schedule.. this is probably nueonced to me so not sure how helpful it would be to others.. but below is my current schedule.. well starting next week.. Mon/Tues: 1. Follow up on leads and confirm or deny estimates that need it / book anyone in for estimates 2. Work on my landscaping business to grow it/ make it profitable (right now badly low) Wednesday: 1. Picking up flooring materials for Thurs/Frid jobs 2. Doing all in person Estimates this day (goal is to get accept or deny on the day, follow-up is for losers) Thurs/Friday: 1. Doing the Flooring jobs (with the goal to pass off to a team of 2 asap) My thought is to keep this schedule until i have that thursday friday to do in person estimates & phone calls and then i can start having the guys doing jobs more days a week with the goal of getting to 5 days a week. My goal is to have the team of 2 at 5 days per week in 3 months time... So yeah idk is it just patience and i'll get there or should i have a different plan..
