A lot of utility scale solar plants here in Botswana are all built by foreign companies like SCATEC Solar ASA under Independent Power Producer (IPP) project structure. The scope of their projects entails the development, financing, construction, operation and maintainance of the solar plants. The projects are delivered and operated by the companies under a 25 year Power Purchase Agreement with Botswana Power Cooperation (BPC) as the off taker. How do i secure cleaning contracts for the plants, who should i approach BPC or the IPP's? How do i reach my target market for those 100MW+ jobs
