Pros n Cons of door knocking
Pros: You get work…. Wow who would’ve imagined… 2. Build confidence knowing you can get work anytime you want it you just have to work for it and take action. 3. It’s definitely better than not doing anything. 4. Helps build sales skills. 5. Easy way to get reviews on google and Facebook. Cons: THERE ARE NONE LETS GET IT BOYS SUNDAY AFTERNOON DOOR KNOCKING… trust me id love to be watching football right now. No, I’m not gonna be door knocking forever this is to get out the mud.

Way to go get it! These initial clients will lead to more. The second half of my clients came from referrals from my original clients to friends and neighbours who had come over for bbqs and dinner parties 😂 “Oooooh, look at your herb garden by the jacuzzi! Ohhhh, who did all your flower arrangements and waterfall floral arrangements?” People have money to spend and struggle to find people who will show up.

I joined this group specifically for this post. Any other suggestions for a small business, currently 9 clients, casual hire employees only (myself excluded), lots of materials and mark up. I want to be able to run projections regarding scaling my business.
Checking in
Whats up fellas, feel like the group kinda went dead... hows everyone doing? what kind of projects are yall working on? any wins lately? Looking forward to the monthly Q&A in 17 days

Specialize and clear communication. I found a niche simply from clients requests. Turns out the detailed work I love to do, many people in my field here do not care for it. Win Win.

Welcome Everyone! 🎉 Leveraged Landscapers is a community where landscape business owners get ongoing help from me & my team to help scale their landscaping business and leverage systems and processes so they can work on the business, not in the business! Here's what to do first: Step 1: Introduce yourself below with this copy/paste template: What's your nickname? Where are you from? Biggest strength? Biggest weakness? How long have you been in business? What's your goal inside this community? Space out all your writings into single sentence paragraphs (like I'm doing here). 3. Welcome new members, make helpful posts, share your wins, and engage in the community to level up! Group Rules: 1. No Self Promotion 2. No Selling in the DM's 3. Aloha all. I made a duplicate post on general discussion. No nickname. Tamara stands out enough. Currently living: Waimea, Big Island, Hawaii; Originally from Smithers, BC, Canada Strengths: Detailed ornamental maintenance. I love plants and flowers. Hard-working. I work one-on-one with my clients on their luxury properties. Weakness: Bookkeeping, accounting, forecasting, pricing for growth. Design/hardscaping. In business: 5+ years, since March 2019 Goal inside this community: Seek recommendations for a small scale bookkeeping, accounting, project estimates that is able to grow. Plus, networking.
