how to change name on EIN?

I want to use a residential address for a new wyoming company. My main questions is the residential address also needs to be in wyoming or it can also be in Texas?

@Paola Moreno so when we open an LLC in wyoming we have to provide them with business address and mailing address. We can put the business and mailing address of Texas also for a wyoming company?

James recommended the Vonage but many companies don't accept Vonage bill. Please recommend which can I use instead to get a good proof of address Thanks

Getting US E2 Visa and Hiring Employees do I have to pay Taxes?
I am starting my US E2 visa application process and I have found that we have to hire a local US citizen. Since for the application we are showing investment in my US business which is already running would I be liable to pay Taxes after I hire someone in the US an employee?
