I agree! And there are a lot of other skills for good leader, for example strategic foresight and future-planning, collaboration and network building, adaptability and continuous learning.

No One Will Do It For You
Ladies & Gentlemen, Just thinking loudly - it doesn’t matter how much money you have, no one will workout for you, no one will learn skills for you, no one will eat healthy for you, no one will love for you, etc. What do you think? Do you have more examples of “no one will …. for you?”

I prefer not to think about fears, espeсcialy as a big one - that is why I should not to manage it :) I think about it as task, witch I should to solve.
