REFRAME, to keep a Positive Mindset Forefront
This was a reply from me for a question asked why and I feeling not able to have a workshop with MOM's. First, I feel I have no authority to speak to moms about their issues because I don’t have children. Now on the other side of this topic I will be helping women/people with or without children who are wanting to do things differently and are enthusiastic about discovering how. HERE'S THE SPIN OR REFRAME OF MINDSET: CLARITY OF PURPOSE brought to forefront.!! 1. A different focus: My expertise and passion lie in helping individuals, regardless of their parental status, who are seeking personal growth and change. My workshops are designed for anyone who is enthusiastic about self-discovery and wants to approach life differently. While I may not be the best fit for a mom-focused workshop, I am confident in my ability to assist women and people from all walks of life – including those with or without children – who are eager to explore new perspectives and make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to provide valuable insights and tools that can benefit a diverse range of individuals in their personal development journeys."

With time and persistence, you’ll find that what feels like an end today could very well be the beginning of something much more meaningful tomorrow. Boy oh Boy, do I have some stories to share around this. Nothing big happening but 2mm shifts are making for a very interesting turn around in my life.

It's Not Personal
This one has been a Big one for me to unravel. "It's Not Personal". We could take this example below and use it for so many of our situations in Life. Still, losing your job is an emotional rollercoaster. You might know intellectually that it’s “just business,” but inside, it still feels deeply personal. In addition to the interruption of your work and the sense that you’re being left behind, you’re also losing the social fabric and the working relationships that provided continuity and community. It’s natural to grieve those losses. Understanding these emotional responses is the first step to healing and acceptance. ARE YOU READY TO GO ON THIS JOURNEY WITH US?
