Wow . . . this is an excellent video! I learned a lot of how my body responds to food addictions, especially sugar. Luis' explanation makes sense, and makes me realize why I'm reaching for comfort food . . . especially when and the type of food that I crave at the moment.

@Heather Stewart, MS, LMT Most Sundays would work for me, but not the second Sunday of every month. That entire day is tied up with preparation of a class that I put on for my business. The class itself is held 1-5 PM. I would go ahead and schedule it for Sundays 4-6 if that is the best time for everyone for the ZOOM meeting. The likelihood of me needing to attend the ZOOM meeting on that day should be very low.

My Disc type is Clarity, which means that I focus on order, accuracy and precision. I have to agree . . . I struggle with being a perfectionist. Support was my second, Influence third with Drive also coming in last!
