How is the silent sit going?
Who else is having an amazing experience with the silent sit practice? My sits have been very profound. Along with the vision usually some piece of a deeper seeing or clarity comes in that is helping shape the vision even better. For my vision to take form I have to be in a place to meet it. It feels like my system is being prepared for the vision I am creating. When we take time and put into on into creating a vision the Universe and life energy rises to meet us. This effort is never wasted if done with sincerity. Who else is having an amazing experience? Lots of love ❤️

Updated: Silent Sit Instructions
Hello Everyone I have posted the Silent Sit instructions in the classroom. You can also find them here. We will sit for a 30 min meditation daily starting Jan 4th 2025 till Jan 10 2025. We will tune int energetically to the group. There will be no Zoom gathering for this. You can pick one of these two time options to sit. You can do both if you wish. I encourage you to follow the instructions I have posted. They are simple. If you wish to go deeper into visualizing your intention pls use the prompts. They re designed to guide your process. Time : 6:30am MDT Jan 4th / 9:30pm WITA (same day) Time: 7:30pm MDT / 10:30am WITA (next day) If you join pls comment below so I know you are participating. We are keeping the process of joining very simple. Just come and sit. Group energy offers a lot of potency. So make use of this. Get clear on your core intention for 2025. Call it into reality through visualising and engaging with it. This sit will help in ways you haven't considered yet. An intentional Sit over 7 days will anchor your 2025 with an energy you desire. You can do the sit in 3 ways: 1. Simply sit on your own at one of these 2 times and focus on your vision or be. 2. You can use the 15min guided meditation attached below then sit for another 15mins with your vision. 3. You can use the meditation below and use prompts for each day that I have included in the instructions. 4. Pls do what feels right for you. If we do any zoom calls I will post here.
