@Tom Curtis thanks Chad for the invite. I'm on the hunt for old courses to bring life into them, to bring them into new distributions. Niche-wise: Health & fitness for over 50's (since I'm over 50): Kinda has a lot to do with friends and family that I know who are a lot older than me, always complaining about their general health etc. And I know they've taken supplements, taken alternative medicine, a relatively easy fitness regime and so on. Definitely a market there. Groups yes, to see if folks are selling. Also with the demographic for over 50's, they're likely to read newsletters too, so yes to those. More recently, I've also found AI to be a really hot topic, and being a techie myself, so interested in this niche. I've already started to make my own AI chatbots in GHL, to which I will want to licence out to businesses. These AI chatbots also have capability to re-activate old databases too. So we can pay on performance. Anyway sounds like you're doing really well @Tom Curtis so keep pushing the boundaries and more importantly keep us posted with what you're up to. P.S. I really want to find a home for the 2-Page Google Doc strategy, as I have that also to licence out / sell. Any hints or tips on this one, which markets best suited for it?
