How to download language packs?
I have cracked premiere pro and after effects, so when i tried downloading the language pack for transcribing the sequence it didnt work in creative cloud. I tried reinstalling it, deleting all the programs, making a new email for the creative cloud - but nothing works? This is the error i get, when trying to install it

I cant find any mp4 converters that work
In the last few weeks all the yt mp4 converters just dont work, maybe a few ones. Is this the same problem with you guys, i dont know how to fix it, what converters do you use?
