I was looking for a diagram of the notes on the fretboard where I can find the scales and connect the root notes to make solos

Thanks for letting me join the community. My name is Steven Sawyer I have been playing guitar off and on since high school. I’m now 48. I’ve always had a problem understanding the fretboard. I’ve always wanted to play lead guitar but I struggle with the fretboard.
