HOWDY. I am an awesome human that is also a wife, mom, teacher, and follower of Jesus’s teaching. I love the word FUCK. I get so frustrated when people tell me I am being crass or ugly because I use words that people have decided and made society believe are “bad”. That is such bullshit. As a follower of Jesus, the only thing I believe is what is written in the Bible is not to take the Lord’s name in vain. Yet “GD” is allowed all over movies and TV without a second thought. Fucking pisses me off. I am not new to meditation but haven’t found the right meditation that will break through my ADHD mind. I love yoga, especially hot yoga. Unfortunately I have been out of practice because I am not putting my self care first. I need to change that. I have childhood trauma and also workplace trauma. I am slowly getting my life priorities straight. I really am hoping I can bring my husband along on this journey.
