Bio: Grew up in Westlake Ohio. I am the 6th Child of 8. Was not well behaved in High School. Was banned from commencement but did get that diploma.

Bio: Wife, mom of 2 kiddos and 2 Newfies, newly empty nested, MI roots (go Spartans!), living in CO, I love all things natural and helping others!

Bio: Healthy & Fit at 60 after a lifetime of struggle, I lost 70 lbs. Knowledge leads to healing power, teaching a successful Keto lifestyle is my passion.
