In-Season and Off-Season Training Program Questions
Hi everyone! My next project is focused on developing in-season and off-season brain training programs specifically tailored to your sport. As I build the framework, I’d love your input on a few key areas: 1. How would you prefer the program to be structured (daily, weekly, or monthly) to balance performance, recovery, and academic responsibilities? 2. How much time can you realistically dedicate to brain training during the off-season compared to the in-season? 3. Would you be open to investing in optional brain technology to enhance the training process? I welcome any additional feedback or suggestions you might have. Your insights are invaluable in shaping a program that works best for you!

i think a weekly program would would well, realistically depending on the exercise 10-45 in season like before practice, an hour MAYBE an hour 30 in for the off season. I think having the programs be short and engaging will help users stay consistent. New Technology is always great as long as it’s safe
