One of the biggest questions I get from my groups is this… "Steffan, how long does it take to achieve success?" Ready for the answer? It takes one second to become successful. Success is simply a mindset, requiring a shift in the way you think and a decision from you. Success isn't based on luck or reserved only for the gifted. When I started, I had zero skills, no computer background, and only knew how to use Facebook and check my email. That was all I knew. Success requires deciding to put in the work, holding yourself accountable, and being responsible for your own results. Most people never reach success because they say things like: I'm going to give this a shot. I hope this works out. I will test this out, and I will fully commit if I see some results. These types of people will never be successful in anything they do. It's like taking weight loss pills and deciding to go to the gym and lift weights only if you start seeing results. Things don't work like that! Most people write to me expecting a cookie-cutter response like "It will be 45 days from now, and you will make $20k." I wish it were that simple, but it isn't. I've seen some people get results in just a few weeks. For some, it took months. Some even take years. However, it's not about how long it takes to get results. They made a DECISION and committed to seeing it through until they got the results they desired. They decided that no matter how tough it got or what obstacles they faced, it wouldn't beat them. They decided if someone else is making $1k+ a day online, then "damn it," they can too. That's what separates successful people from those not making any money online. Most people aren't and never will be successful because they didn't make the DECISION to fully commit. If you're not successful yet, do yourself a favor and make that decision right now. Not tomorrow, not next month, not after the new year, and not when you think the time is right... but do it RIGHT NOW! This is your life, and every day you let go without making that decision is a day you lost and can't get back.

The thought of being able to make money using the internet is an exciting thing. There is a reason that the Make Money Online niche (MMO) is a billion dollar per year industry. I am a classic example as someone who has spent over $100,000 in courses, trainings, coaching etc. Fortunately I found success and can now pursue my digital marketing business full time. I was able to say goodbye to my job as a middle school gym teacher. I don't say this to brag at all. I am just a normal human (no genius, not super techy, no real special skills. some say that is why I was a gym teacher...) I say fortunately I was successful because MOST people will not make it in this industry. And this is not because the strategies and methods that I teach and use don't work. They work. And they are VERY profitable. The reason why most people fail and give up comes down to 3 things in my humble but accurate opinion. - Mindset - Lack of education or understanding on how to implement - Lack of support (mentor, coach, community) Without ALL three of these it is very difficult to succeed. You can have the greatest training in the world, but what happens when you run into challenges? Maybe it is a tech challenge (this happens a lot). Maybe you are overloaded with too much information (try drinking out of a fire hose). Maybe you are trying to do everything on your own only to feel stuck and lost. These are all normal things that happen as an online business entrepreneur. I have spent the last 3 months having great conversations with the amazing people in my Digital Sales Accelerator community. Getting on calls with them, listening to what they have been up to, and really trying to figure out the best way to help them break though and make money. This led to my idea of opening up an "inner circle". A "mastermind" A secret lair or laboratory. A smaller group of like minded digital marketers that are really dedicated to growing their businesses to $20k per month and beyond (I usually say $10k, but I have belief that anyone that can make $10k can quickly get to $20k).

If you aren't posting on three different social media channels, every single day, you are leaving money on the table. Relying on just one is risky. And even a bit lazy. It isn't hard nor does it take a lot of time to repurpose (remove the watermark) from a post on one channel and then repost it on another. It also gives you many shots to "hit" on free traffic. Posting on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram is crucial for several reasons: TikTok: With its rapid growth and massive user base, TikTok offers an incredible opportunity to reach all demographics (even old geezers like myself are on there). The platform's algorithm is designed to promote engaging content, making it easier for your posts to go viral. YouTube Shorts: YouTube Shorts is a fantastic way to leverage the power of video content. As part of the larger YouTube ecosystem, it allows you to reach a wide audience and drive traffic to your longer videos or other social media channels. Plus, YouTube's searchability ensures your content remains discoverable over time. The opportunity is BIG on Shorts as a lot of digital marketers ignore it Instagram: Instagram (I should also say Facebook here) is a staple for visual content and has a highly engaged user base. With features like Reels, Stories, and IGTV, you can diversify your content and keep your audience engaged. Cross-posting from TikTok to Instagram Reels is a seamless way to maximize your reach.
