Commodities wholesaler in Pakistan?
OK this is going to be a longer post than I would have liked so apologies in advance. At least it's a bit different! So I connected with a guy in a FB group looking to buy some cheap s/w to fix his problem (LTD means one-time payment) this is what he was looking for ... "Is there any LTD WhatsApp CRM that I can use? I am the only salesperson in the company and have over 900 unread messages. Need something that I can use on WhatsApp desktop or WhatsApp web. Preferably something that will connect with Vbout or Hubspot or MailChimp. Thanks in advance." I DMd him and we are talking; seems a nice guy. Turns out he/his family run a whole bunch of decent sized companies selling bulk food commodities, salt, rice, cotton, cooking oil to name a few, from factories and multiple locations including Dubai. He is from and based in Pakistan and like much of that part of the world they use WhatsApp almost exclusively, so his website have a contact form and WhatsApp number. I am based in the UK. The reason he sites as looking to cut costs is that his market is on a huge downturn and he fears the worst. He seems genuinely worried about the future of his family businesses. He is also technical, has programming experience and uses ChatGPT daily. He also has various teams that manage his websites and branding (not that you'd think it looking at his sites). So while I have been focussing on finding local businesses for MCTB and DBR and not sold GHL as a package or affiliate, I suspect that he would benefit from a good number of features that GHl offers. There's the new invoicing and document signing as well. I have a loose agreement for a discovery call in a week or so and can quiz him a bit more then. I know I need to know a lot more about his current software and sales process. He mentions https://www.vbout.com/ which looks to be very capable marketing automation software and not expensive ($100pm) so why isn't he making full use of that? So I'd appreciate some advice here. I fully expect that GHL has all the tools he needs in one package. He can either replace WhatsApp with website chat (AI or not) into booking bot which can send an email and a quote can be generated and sent out. Or he may be able to use the new native WhatsApp feature. He then gets all the goodness from the CRM pipeline and can nurture and close etc. etc. He would also be a candidate for a bit of DBR as well I suspect.

@Darren Waring Are you referring to the GHL website chat widget? Or an actual website chat widget? As the GHL one only takes the phone number and then you have to sms (or WhatsApp with a custom integration) them from inside GHL. It is not a real website chat widget.

@Darren Waring Hey I was on holidays. Did you figure it out already?
Robb was right
1) Clinics 2) Have been doing SwaS over the past 6 months. A mix of DR, performance-based Facebook ads, and flat retainers. Lost most of my clients already because Lead Nurturing is a bottleneck. DR has been working great, going all in now. 3) Sales video from Alan.

@Javier McIntyre I was doing nurturing, but minimal but it was enough. The problem was setting the appointment. That was up to the client and they suck at it. So I get them leads, the leads even say yes I want to book. And then the client fails with actually booking.

@Sam Whisenhunt For these clients I could not because they had their own booking systems. Any idea how I can still make it work?
Gone Through List, What Now?
I've gone through a list of 1000 contacts. About 20% responded, 2% booked, about £5k in revenue. What do I do now? Do I contact the non-responders?

@Daniela Gattel Yes it is mostly straight up discounts. No week-passes or challenges, bogos etc. Our DR was 20% of a Botox treatment. So for the people that did not respond, we can now offer them a different treatment during our next run.

@Daniela Gattel 15% responded. 2% booked. But the offer was for 1 location and the client messed up and gave a list that contained customers from other locations so we had to tell them no. So the actual take rate is higher than 2%.
Levels?
Hello, I was learning more about DR in the Classroom tab but now I no longer can due to not being level 2. How do you gain levels? (Edit) So I figured out you need Likes on posts. So can you do me a favor and drop a like? In return, I tell a little about myself and maybe you'll get some inspiration from it? Either way worth a shot. Hello, my names Josie Grove, I am a guy despite being named Josie. My dad named me after Josey Whales and he tells me his spelling was on purpose but I believe he didn't know how to spell it. My goal with this letter is to briefly describe myself and explain my past and my goals. I'm prior service and come from a background of blue-collar workers and I was happy with that for a while when I was younger, but then I seen something that would change the way I looked at the world. I was working on the Amazon tower while I was Ironworking and I was oxycutting out a mistake someone made while I was about 30ft up, but then I seen a guy the looked like Connor McGregor all dressed up in a suit and glasses, he walked with the Job foreman, a senior foreman and the crew foreman right above me. I didn't hear what they said but it was obvious they were going over plans. Soon after they were done I went and talked to my foremans and they were laughing and talking the same beat "bet that guy never picked up a wrench a day in his life" etc etc, but all i could think was that guy probably makes more than all of put together and also that the less you broke your back the more dosh you make. Don't get me wrong I still love to work hard but I believe in having my money work for me and leveraging my time with others and equipment allows me to further pursue my goals. If your goal is to dig many holes, why dig a hole by hand when you can learn how to use an excavator or better yet make enough money to hire it out. Shortly after that i started learn about wealth, stoicism and mindset. I read many books like Think and grow rich, As a man thinketh, many books by Marcus Aurelius, many books by Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, Jordan Belfort and many more. This all leads me here today, Im passionate about my business I run Annex Business Solutions, a marketing agency that I started in order to help others get out of the rut as well.

DR Math Walkthrough Sheet w/ Client
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1koCWqoWD5jEi9E_yYO5yrHO53aGSz7m2qiz9mFqMICY/copy NOTE: I am not in the sales level 4 yet. Newbie 1. If I walked through this spreadsheet with a client - Don't pay me unless I get you _?_ clients in the first _________month/week/day(s) - is there a sheet like this in the future videos/levels? 2. Offer: Hi Gym Owner, exciting news! We've launched a new tool for gyms that guarantees X+ new members in X timeframe at no cost. We handle all follow-ups; you just close the prospects we send. No catch - we only ask for a google review if you're happy with the results. Would you be interested in learning more? I'd be glad to explain in a quick 15-minute call. Looking forward to the possibility of working together. 3. Based on the conservative spreadsheet analysis I'd need 2,000 in the database to safely say 7 plus new members - what are you guys saying / guaranteeing, without knowing a database size?

What kind of gyms are these? Are gyms really that expensive in the US? In the Netherlands we pay like $20 a month for a membership.
