I think that all major old religions knew about the effects. That's why they say a lot about sins, losing energy and so on. In my case i suspected that it works years before, but there are no studies. I started in December last year. 3 weeks after i started i was at my friend's birhday party. There were 3 invited women, all of them in relatioships. When their men got drunk/went asleep they started talk to me. There were hugs, touching, smilig, and playing with hair. I was happy about their reactions, but i am not interested in women in relationships. I regreted wasting my time. There were bored children at the party. I thought i should've play with them- to take chess, monopoly, cards or staff like that. 🤣 A week after a party i met a girl on the plane. I got her telefon number and wasted the chance. I didn't know about the coach Corey Wayne. 😁 Sparings are going good- i am improving, improvising. I am not more ,,agressive" but ,,active". I think i am going to practise SR for a long time- i am going to change my life and i need all the energy, boldness, optimism.
@Tyler Perkins You are are already doing what i'd like to hear. Yersterday i felt down a little bit and you posted the video about embracing suffering. I liked the video from today- maybe it's a good idea to have more videos about career and money:)
@Tyler Perkins I did ji jitsu 4 years before pandemic. I wasn't very good at that. It's not possible to advance if you're addicted to hub. Pandemic was a great excuse to quit. I came back 2 months ago. Coach said that he would've give me a blue belt if i had not quit. I almost started to cry. I found boxing also 2 month ago. I like it more then kickboxing. It's easier to learn and i'm not afraid of kicks anymore. It's easier to have a relaxing sparing.
