Hey my name is Daric Barton and I'm based im Phoenix. I've been locked up in the caves for the last 15 years so AI to me is a foreign language. I have a Real Estate business currently, but also actively looking to acquire a small service based business, ideally here in Phoenix. I know AI is an incredible tool, so i am here to figure out the basics on how to use it.

"Content certainly is King." If you don't have something to stir or insight the mind then there is no interaction. The power that AI has to produce content of all kinds is astounding. As the (we) the old folks would say "Back in my day" there was no such thing.
