In the gym this morning working on lower body (needing to strengthen my leg muscles after knee replacements). Short walk and coffee with a friend planned for this afternoon. All helps to keep me away from the biscuit tin!

About to hit 70 and had 2 knee replacements in the last couple of years. In that time have managed to pile on the weight and need to get back OnTrack!
