I completed my stretch goal (woo!) But it was hard to workout consistently during my business travel over the month. Eamon's recent YouTube video taught me that I can proactively share my goals with people at work so that I can set the expectation that I'll be exercising

Yooooo I'm Siavash. I'm Eamon's cousin. My main goal is to exercise as regularly as I do while I travel for work this month. And my stretch goal for this month is to climb old la honda road (popular cycling route in the Bay) without stopping to take a break once.
