How to work out LTV
I know I can see the LTV of each individual person on my community. Is there an easy way to work out the average LTV for my community? Rather than go through hundreds and hundreds if members?

@Sam Bragg why not, code is always cool haha. i've worked out a number, but it's only based on my churn for the last 30 days not based on my overall churn... so it's not perfect but it will do for now
❌Dealing with spammers in your community?
Check out this new update... When you ban someone for spam, you can now check a box to remove their last 7 days of posts & comments (aka all their BS) Major headache saver. Try it out.

@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez ye I got so excited for a second then saw it didn’t delete the post. Still unsure why it can’t just delete the post. Like why are we keeping a bunch of”deleted by system” posts spammed all over our communities

Doesn’t work. Just replaces their spam with “deleted by system” spam posts. Their picture and crazy number of posts are still there. Why can’t it just fully remove there posts. Surely that’s just as easy to implement if you’ve already got this
I think there's a glitch or a bug, or maybe it was planned...
The category of the post used to show up next to the post date, so you could quickly see the category of a post when on the "view all" section. I've added a photo so you can see. It's now disappeared, i'm not sure if this is a glitch or planned. Is it possible to add it back, it's very useful especially as some categories need a once per week response but when I open a post to see what the category is, realise it doesn't need a response for a week, the post has now been read and i can't unread a post like you can with a DM. (so it just disappears into the sea of other posts) Could it be added back, and if you can add the ability to unread a post after clicking it so the little blue dot comes back, that will be super useful too. I've added a screenshot of what it used to look like... any chance we can go back to that. it's so much better for organisation and planning ahead.

@Dee Greene yes, you see it after opening a post... but once i open a post it shows up as read, and i'll need to answer then and there. and we have a category of post that doesn't need answering for 7 days (because those answers are usually 10+ min looms), so i would prefer to not open it until i'm ready to answer it. i don't understand why it was ever taken away. It's such a simple thing and it's so useful to stay organised.

Couldn't agree more. This benefits one thing and one thing only and that's skool. People see this and think, oh look how much I can make on skool so they start skool. I get that, it's smart. But for the communities, this isn't helping, in fact its a bit of a F U to our paying members. We have a normal community, not a community teaching others how to get started on Skool. It makes absolutely no sense for this to be on show for us and it was removed a while ago, but it's suddenly back. It's important skool start caring about growing and nurturing communities, not just getting the highest MRR. Value within the community is the most important aspect. People are paying you money, you should be giving them value, not on a war path to build your MRR whilst forgetting who got you there.
Cool Idea to help with trust in community.
Skool recently added emojis to peoples names, those that were doing well on skool. It would be so cool if there was something like this that we could offer in our communities. A common occurrence i'm seeing is community members not knowing how genuine the information is they're receiving from other community members is, because they don't know how successful they are in said business. If members were able to unlock badges (emojis) or something to show what level they're on that would massively help the trust factor go up in communities. Something like an experience bar on the users profile, or the simple idea of being able to award members specific emojis and giving those emojis descriptions like (#design expert, or #ad expert). This would take a lot of pressure of the community builders too and place a lot more trust in the community itself to be self sufficient.

@Dabara Go I’m not worried about them trusting me, I know they do as they’re coming from my YouTube. I want them to trust each other so that it can feel like a community rather than just me responding to all the comments.
