Root chakra: overactive vs underactive
Root chakra: overactive vs underactive When the root chakra is underactive, you may experience: - Feeling underweight - Depression - Lethargy - Fear of change - Neglecting of self - Feelings of not belonging - Poor discipline/boundaries - Difficulty sleeping - Constipation and bowel issues - Weight loss - Fatigue - Inability to trust in the Earth to support and nourish you - Doubt about your place in the universe. - Existential crisis or lack of purpose. An underactive root chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity or a lack of grounding. When the root chakra is overactive, you may experience: - Paranoia - Nervousness - Aggression - Dominant behavior - Hoarding - Material fixation - Addiction to adrenaline-producing activities - Overeating - Craving of unhealthy foods - Fearlessness without precaution An overactive root chakra can manifest as symptoms like anxiety, panic attacks, anger, aggression, and an overwhelming desire to engage in adrenaline-raising activities. While an underactive root chakra leads to feelings of insecurity, depression and lethargy, while an overactive root chakra causes paranoia, aggression and an unhealthy fixation on material things and adrenaline. Balancing the root chakra is important for grounding, stability and feeling secure in one's environment.

Are both of these lists for under active? Or was there a typo…. I would like to learn which is which, or just work on balancing and the attributes do not matter?

Thanks, I appreciate it🥰
Don't accept "verbal yes's". take deposits instead.
We've all been there. "I'm totally in. I'll pay next monday" ... Monday rolls around... nothing. 🙄 Ghosted. Excuses. Change of date. We've heard it all. The answer? Take deposits 💵 When they give you a verbal yes, get a small financial commitment. 👉🏼 "Excited to work with you, and totally get [REASON FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY TODAY]. Let's do this. Instead of paying the full amount today, Let's set you up with a $XXX deposit. This will save your spot with us, at it's current price. and this deposit will be credit towards your final amount - and then on [DATE] when you're ready to pay [AMOUNT] I already have your card details and we can get you set up without going back & forth, so we can get you moving faster. Sound fair enough?" We ended up doing $300 deposits in the end. Try it, tweak it, see what works for you. 🤝🏽 But don't settle for a verbal yes, always get a $ commitment. What are your thoughts?

That is a good strategy, let us know how you fine tune it. Even when a service is free (especially?) people forget they committed. One kept calling the day of to reschedule, I sent a reminder to another who showed up without reading the prep work. I have to remember if they need hypnosis healing they usually have had very stressful lives, which is why I can not go through with it as a vocation, So sad stories!
Aye aye!
Will do! This is turning out to be a lot more doable and fun than I projected when signing up 😃🎉
