Great overview

Hey Team! I’m a buy and hold investor now for a few years currently managing some a portfolio of ltr/str. My day job is an engineer for driverless cars. I typically love a messy project that I can help bring structure to, help write the book so to speak, and then drive efficiencies(this is in my day job at least). Being micromanaged kills my energy and working with steam rollers instead of collaborators. I’d Iike to be contributing to multiple real estate projects and be able to retire from my w2 to get into a fresh business that I can pick who I work with and be in more control - will be hard due to my high income I think but working towards it!
