Egg whites
8 to 12 egg whites = 1 cup. What do you do with all the leftover egg yolks? I don't live with family or pets but there are likely street dogs that would enjoy them. Not sure if that is safe for them or if I should mix them with kibble or cook them. Any ideas?

@Aleni Mang Not where I live. I'm on a small island. Sometimes things come in but they are random and not available on a regular basis. For example there was no cottage cheese for 2 weeks but it's back now.

@Mary Hendrix Thanks. It seems like a very excessive amount but that's what Nagina said. I can do eggs with cottage cheese though to balance out the protein. It's a bit of a challenge not having access to everything but I'll figure it out somehow.

Normally 2 or 3 eggs with lots of butter and cheese. Today, an avocado because my eggs froze.
