It's been a challenging time for me lately; personally. So I've had to work around the challenges and allowing myself to post less content, and work on course materials late at night. I won't beat myself up. This is what happens sometimes and I've learned that its okay.
One reason why I don't believe in New Year's resolution's is because people tend to make "Vague" goals. Ex. I want to lose weight", sounds like a goal, but does it tell you how much or when you hope to lose weight. In order to create a goal that is achievable, they need to have clear objectives, actions and deadlines. Let's work on your goals.
What are you doing on a daily basis to get closer to your dreams? What is the "bare minimum" that you do? What your daily routine is at the bare minimum, will tell you how close you are to your dreams. You're daily routines, should include your daily goals, if not, you're not working towards your dreams. Do you see the connection?
Sometimes, we think we're working towards our dreams because we're working our business. But if we don't have a goal we just have a dream, and a dream without a goal is just a "wish".
If you haven't already, go into the "Classroom" tab, and click on Resources. Once there start with taking the Time Study. You need to see what is stealing your time.
