Feedback session scheduling
After scheduling a feedback session for this coming Thursday, I realized I have a conflict. I want to change the time, but I don't see an option to reschedule or to cancel. How can I do this?

I was in your class today and I felt as though you were not explaining what you were doing enough for me to understand, I personally am a visual learner but watching you do things I have no clue what they are was not super helpful. otherwise I enjoyed the class and learned quite A lot from you 2, I look forward to tomorrow's class!

I have had the same experience with the mastering portion of the Fix The Mix sessions. Jake explains the mixing process very well, but when it comes to mastering, I just see the guy fiddling with a bunch of knobs. Sometimes, he doesn't even tell us which pluging he's using.
