- it can hit any of us, at any given time, embrace it - think of it like a huge wave that you can't swim against no matter how hard you try , so the alternative is to ride that wave and move through the burnout as acceleration - consider it a detox and a reset, from which you'll come back stronger - remember why you're doing what you're doing, for medicine, to attain that satisfaction of being in the course you dream of - learn to love what you're doing no matter what, so it doesn't feel like unnecessary stress or strain, but leisure - even if its the UCAT, manipulate your brain into enjoying it by finding joy in solving the problems or using it to procrastinate school wrk
How do you guys like to prepare for UCAT!?
Wanting to know your personal favourite techniques

make it a game an addicting game for yourself to get one more right in a 5 minute timed set of AR than last time to get above 3000 on a mock etc etc set targets and be obsessed & relentless in attaining them

@Periodictble Number one your intrinsic confidence should transcend both your score and the number of questions you get right Overtime you should be aware of your capability to the point where if you score low you’ll know it was an unnecessarily hard set and on the it won’t be at that difficulty

@Jason Yim sit down initially and do untimed patterns even if it takes you 30 minutes to figure out a pattern barely That untimed work on your brain, forces you to naturally figure out the priority of where to look in each box and the order of conditions to check for
HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
If you find the content in this course helpful, we would love it if you could: 1) Just share this around with your friends (the journey to medicine is a lot more fun with friends!) 2) Tell us what we can improve on the course in the google survey link below! Doing that would mean the absolute world to me, and more importantly, may change the world of somebody else ❤️ Let's all help each other in achieving our goals 💪
