@Rachel David yes, I know, I'm confused as well. I think I know why it got triggered though: it's a 10-day course and on day 9 I got lazy and referred to an existing meditation instead of one that I was yet to submit. That's what they didn't like I think. Here's the latest info on what she asks me to do to resubmit: You are correct in understanding that the following adjustments need to be made: - Remove the meditation from track 9 if it's uploaded as a separate track. This applies to all lessons with duplicate content. - Clean up the audio to ensure it meets our quality standards. - Delete any mentions of looking up the meditations as separate tracks to avoid the appearance of duplicate content. So basically I think they won't notice that it's duplicate content if you submit the meditation after, but if you use one that's already there, it's getting flagged.

@Hania Banc yes, as you say, some of the reviewers are pickier than others. This one didn't like that I had meditations in the lessons that I also uploaded as separate tracks. But in other courses I submitted that was not an issue. So for this course that I'm resubmitting I'll not mention the separate meditations, but still include them in the course. For the next course, I'll try the method that @Douglas Robson taught us again (mention meditations and upload as separate tracks) and hope I get another reviewer. But yes, I also find it a frustrating process. So much so that for now I'm just uploading single premium tracks,. I want this to be a fun thing, not a frustration.
To the women of this group: help with a new course 🙏
Hi ladies My new course 'Do You Have Your Period? Here Are 5 Rituals & 5 Things To Avoid' just got published. My dream is for this to be a resource for women when they have their periods, and a place for mutual support among us women. I'd love to get your support and have a listen, even if it's just one lesson, and leave a message of love and compassion for all women in the classroom. Hopefully this will invite others to do the same. Here's the course: Do You Have Your Period? Here Are 5 Rituals & 5 Things To Avoid Much love! Sarah

bad news regarding our Meditation Tour
Here's what I received this morning, sad face: Thank you for submitting your track "Tranquil Commute: A Train Ride Through Switzerland." The idea of creating a "Meditation Tour" concept seems like a thoughtful idea aimed at showcasing a diverse number of teachers while encouraging listeners to come back to Insight Timer. However, when tracks from different teachers are linked but don't share a common theme or structure, it can be confusing for users. Even more so when they are published on different dates without a clear schedule. More importantly, our platform allows teachers to remove their tracks and their profiles at any time. If this happens within the "Meditation Tour," it will break the chain, impacting all participating teachers and leading to a frustrating experience for the listener. If you are interested in publishing serialized content to boost return rates, we suggest creating your own themed and well-structured series that reflects your unique teaching style and experience, either as a free series or challenge or as premium, we don't recommend mixing both. This could provide a more cohesive and enriching journey for your listeners. It allows for a deeper exploration of your work, fostering a stronger connection with your audience and promoting growth in both plays and followers. Alternatively, we will be happy to review your track as a standalone piece once you have done the relevant edits. If you have other questions, feel free to let us know and we'll further assist.

@Samantha Linden yes, it's really frustrating and not encouraging community, which is sad.
More collaborations
Hi all, I'll be working on a course called Feel your best self in 21 days next. It's about breaking your bad habits and creating good ones for more happiness & success. Each day, I'm talking about a good habit to adopt. I think it's a good opportunity to mention some other courses. Of course I'll mention my own, but thought I'd ask if any of you have courses on the following topics: Mastering Time Management Dealing with Procrastination Mindfulness in general Building Positive Relationships Letting Go of Perfectionism Developing a Gratitude Practice @Douglas Robson I think you have one, no? Thanks !
