Hush your pretty face
And hop on the phone! Personal phone zoom I don’t care stop making excuses! This is me yelling at me but if the shoe fits you too then you hop on the fucking phone too! I spent 30 days getting on fire rushing to level 7 thinking that I just have to engage! And it works it got me my first 3 and unlocked day one recordings for the games I was pumped I only asked one person to join my group from Skool and I beggged. 😅 they said they wouldn’t contribute I was like I NEED these videos you are giving me 100k in value by being my 3rd. And then I kept talking to people making posts but as per the rules we don’t ask people to join. So for 30 days I did things the absolute hardest way and the result 10 people. Now did Alex lie to me? No I didn’t do the thing the right way and it’s my fault I just talked to people and posted gifs but I’m all actuality the hundreds of people i interacted with I asked 1 person to join. I say this because I’m a goofy goober that wasted a month learning a hard lesson that I really really really didn’t need to relearn. Get on the phone and ask people what they are struggling with if you can help great if not point them in the direction of someone who can.

😲Could ONE WORD change everything for your growth??
Alright, quick disclaimer—this might not be for everyone, but I had an epiphany that I think could really benefit those of you struggling to get people into your Skool classroom. I set up a Skool COMMUNITY, packed it with value, and built a classroom full of amazing resources. But I noticed that people weren’t diving into the classroom content. They were hanging around in the community, kind of lurking, liking posts, but not actually engaging with the resources I worked so hard on. And that’s when I had this lightbulb moment—maybe the word COMMUNITY was the problem. What I realized was that people are less likely to fully engage or sign up for something called a ‘community’ if what they’re really looking for is EXCLUSIVE VALUE, like access to guides, courses, or learning material. When you use the word membership instead of community, it changes the game. People’s brains are wired to go after value, right? When they hear COMMUNITY they might think it’s about socializing, connecting, or engaging with others—which is totally fine for some setups! If the community is where your value lies, then that’s awesome, and you should keep calling it that. But for those of you with loaded classrooms and tons of valuable resources, using the word membership positions what you’re offering as something exclusive and value-driven. It tells people, “You’re here to unlock something that’s for you.” 💁🏼‍♀️Why this will work (for Some) Let me be clear—this isn’t for everyone. Like I said, If the main value of your space is the community, the conversations, the connections between members, (only) then you’re totally on point using that word. But, if you’re like me and you’ve built a resource-heavy classroom and you’re finding people aren’t diving in, shifting your copy to focus on ‘membership’ can make a huge difference. Your potential client sees the word membership, they think BENEFITS 😮 They expect exclusive access to valuable content, and they’re more likely to explore the classroom because they feel like they’ve signed up to get something. This just organically creates a sense of urgency to dive in and engage with the material that they perceive as part of their membership experience.

Hey everyone! If you’ve been struggling to get leads that are truly interested in what you offer, this is for you. I’ve put together a step-by-step guide and a quick Loom video showing how to use a simple Google Form to qualify leads AND automatically book calls with them. Skool now makes…babies?! 🤨🧐🤯
If you also joined Skool and within a few of months, have a new bundle of joy baking in the oven, let’s hear about it! How have you made money and tiny humans while on this platform? What’s your strategy for maintaining laser focus on Skool and changing diapers? Here’s one tip I have: ✨ Pinpoint and personally ask (and possibly even schedule) several of your most active community members to systematically create a value post, training, or video when parenthood gets demanding to keep your community engaged. Hell, we may need to start a Skool Daycare…I want to hear YOUR family story! Bonus points for including photos (even if you’re like a fur baby mama/baby daddy). I started school (university) 18 years ago preggo. I started Skool in May of this year and have now learned a couple of weeks ago that and I am preggo as of June🫠🫠🫠 It’s too early to announce it to blood family and I have no idea how to explain that 18 year gap to them…but I’d love to discuss family things with you 133k. This is the least judgmental online space I’ve ever been a part of, I know you won’t crucify me as they do on other spaces! I heard something about a convention with possible daycare options by @Dr. Stephen Buscema – is OBGYN or pediatrics your specialty by chance? I’ll be much rounder when I visit HQ later this year. What other parents, expectant parents, adoptive parents, pet parents etc. want to meet up and discuss business over popping bottles (of breastmilk/formula) at HQ or some other irl meetup?

@Andrea Foster you’ll do just fine sweet friend. It’s a lot to juggle but you handle everything else with grace and this won’t be much different. You’ll pivot and adjust over and over, but you’re great at that 🩷 &yes I was adamant about the convention having childcare. I’m sick of being left out 😂😂😂
