Based on what I identified as my biggest barrier that keeps coming up is procrastination and stagnation. Pick the one that is the easiest or the most stubborn. This is definitely the most stubborn for me. I am releasing this by consciously choosing to disengage from this behavior for this week. What this will look like for me is to remain on point and on purpose and keeping myself busy and active working towards my dreams and serving others with my gifts or doing things that my future self will be thankful for. I will release this easily and gently. ๐ I will take my focus off the things that create interference. Wow!! I'm actually very excited to try this. Thank you so much as procrastination has been a beast in my life for so long. I've bargained with it for far too long!!! Thank you!!
