Day 3: How did you feel after the "Light Attunement"? - What's your experience of allowing in more LIGHT into your "clair" centres? The light attunement was really cool. I actually have been having a headache for the past 2 weeks which is totally rare for me. I checked in with my higher self to see what was going on and received the info that it was an upgrade. Well, after that attunement my headache started to go away and when it did yesterday for the first time in my life I saw someones Aura!!!! It was liek a rainbow it was beautiful. Its still slowly coming through but I have been working on that ability for a while now and had a dream a while back that it was coming!!! I AM STOKEDDDD!! Thank you. That wasnt even one of the clairs I was focusing on in the attunement. This would be external clairvoyance if im not mistaken. I have never had this before. I am celebrating big time!!!! THANK YOU!!!

I am releasing procrastination by consciously choosing to disengaged for at least this week. Which lined up with day 2 soul work as well which was to receive and MAKE MOVES!! Emphasis on the Make Moves!!! LETS GROWWWW! 💪🙌

Day 2 Soul Work
To increase trust you must increase: _Belief in self_________ _Self Confidence_____ self awareness All of this comes from regular P&P - D&D: 1. _Play and Practice!!! 🎉__________ (P&P) 2. _Discern and Decide_____________ (D&D) Receive something and _MAKE MOVES!!!!! This really hit home with me, my D&D is also going to be divine discipline as it is a key component I am missing in its full offering!! Phew very powerful first two day, I am so so grateful!!! 🙏

Soul Work Day 1
Based on what I identified as my biggest barrier that keeps coming up is procrastination and stagnation. Pick the one that is the easiest or the most stubborn. This is definitely the most stubborn for me. I am releasing this by consciously choosing to disengage from this behavior for this week. What this will look like for me is to remain on point and on purpose and keeping myself busy and active working towards my dreams and serving others with my gifts or doing things that my future self will be thankful for. I will release this easily and gently. 🙏 I will take my focus off the things that create interference. Wow!! I'm actually very excited to try this. Thank you so much as procrastination has been a beast in my life for so long. I've bargained with it for far too long!!! Thank you!!
