Sales and Business Development Implement revenue-driving sales strategies Build and manage high-performing sales team Oversee sales pipeline and achieve targets Develop Sales Ops team to find MQLs, SQLs, and build sales pipeline Lead BDRs/AEs in lead generation and outreach 2. Operations Management Optimize operational systems and processes Implement and track KPIs across all functions Manage financial planning and reporting 3. Customer Success Develop customer journey and success strategy Build CS/AM team to grow customers and generate leads, referrals, and new business Lead retention and growth initiatives 4. Team Leadership Hire and manage Sales Ops, BDRs, AEs, CS, and AM teams Foster high-performance culture and accountability 5.
