Seeking a results-driven co-founder to lead business operations, sales, and customer success. Must have experience scaling startups in the agency/coaching space.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development Implement revenue-driving sales strategies Build and manage high-performing sales team Oversee sales pipeline and achieve targets Develop Sales Ops team to find MQLs, SQLs, and build sales pipeline Lead BDRs/AEs in lead generation and outreach
Operations Management Optimize operational systems and processes Implement and track KPIs across all functions Manage financial planning and reporting
Customer Success Develop customer journey and success strategy Build CS/AM team to grow customers and generate leads, referrals, and new business Lead retention and growth initiatives
Team Leadership Hire and manage Sales Ops, BDRs, AEs, CS, and AM teams Foster high-performance culture and accountability
Marketing Strategy Execute comprehensive marketing strategies Align marketing with sales goals Oversee brand development and positioning

Qualifications:

Proven success scaling startups from zero
Strong sales management and business development track record
Experience building and leading Sales Ops, BDR/AE, and CS/AM teams
Extensive marketing strategy experience
Senior leadership role in agency or coaching industry
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
CRM and sales technology expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
